You won’t know the exact coffee you'll receive each month until it arrives—part of the thrill is in the surprise. Of course you get to pick the grind and roast type, but we then handpick each roast based on seasonality, quality, and roaster excellence.

Not directly. Our model is built around discovery. However, we use your preferences (from our quiz) to guide what we send you—so every shipment is curated to your taste. Furthermore, you can select some of our most popular blends from the "Coffee Archive" section.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
