We currently ship and serve customers domestically in the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
How do I track the status of an order?

Can I modify or cancel at anytime?

What features comes with my customer portal?
Your customer portal gives you access to manage your account and orders. You can update your coffee subscription preferences, shipping address, billing information, order frequency, see order history, and see all future orders. We also provide rewards via your customer portal!
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by going into the customer portal login and selecting "Forgot Your Password?" If you still need help, please email info@mjpartners.net.

Is your coffee gluten free?
Yes, all of our coffee is gluten free! All of the flavor notes you see are not added flavors or ingredients.
How much coffee is in each bag?
Every bag we serve comes in 12oz of premium coffee. Some of our options provide more of these bags than others, such as the Coffee Box - 2 Bags, and The Coffee Mystery Box - 4 Bags.
Where do you source your coffee?
We source from trusted roasters like La Colombe. All of our roasters are carefully selected for high-quality beans, ethical sourcing, and sustainability. By partnering with renowned roasters, we ensure that your coffee experience is only the finest.
