This roast featured in our May 2025 Subscriber Collection. This is Wichita's flagship espresso and versatile for a variety of brewing methods. This espresso is comprised of Colombia and Guatemala, capable and flexible for a variety of uses. Named after the first racing bicycle, commonly referred to as Boneshaker.
