Parkville's House Roast
This coffee hails from Brazil’s Mantiqueira de Minas region — a landscape known for its balanced sweetness and classic profiles. Grown at 1,100 meters, the beans are carefully rested for over 30 days in wooden silos called tuhlhas, allowing the parchment to stabilize and flavors to harmonize. The silos are traditionally made from Brazilian hardwoods such as Jacarandá or Peroba, which lend a subtle natural warmth to the process.
Parkville Coffee feature this lot as their signature House Roast, as well as in several of their blends. It’s approachable, comforting, and universally enjoyable — the kind of coffee that wins over both casual drinkers and seasoned enthusiasts alike. Expect a smooth cup layered with caramel sweetness, malt richness, and a gentle smoky finish — a classic start to any morning.
